DGTL - PROJECT MANAGER INTERNATIONAL (full-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager for DGTL International to join our team. You will be responsible for a number of DGTL events and will be the first point of contact for our local partners, and our team in Amsterdam. You will manage the budget of your DGTL projects and be involved in the contract negotiations at an early stage. You will handle an accurate planning, and monitor the values of DGTL.

 

The Job:

 

-        Central point of contact internally and externally for a couple of DGTL events worldwide 

-        Create timelines and maintain an overview of deadlines, processes and adhere to the license contracts

-        Responsible for the event budgets and financial result

-        Monitor the execution of the work within the set goals regarding production, marketing, sustainability, sponsorships, and bookings

-        Day-to-day management of the event process and planning 

-        Maintain optimal and positive cooperation between the local partners, their teams, and our team in Amsterdam

-        Responsible for monitoring the DGTL concept 

-        Work closely together with the marketing team

-        Initiate and lead project team meetings

 

You:

 

-        Have 4 - 5 years of working experience in the event/media/entertainment industry 

-        Are fluent in English 

-        Are highly organized, and a true time management champion

-        Are flexible and stress-resistant

-        Have experience in project management, and working with (remote) teams

-        Can motivate people and get things done

-        Are attracted by the international character, you are open to other cultures, and you love to travel for work

-        Can place your role and job in a bigger perspective, yet have an eye for detail

-        Are very much a team player but also not afraid to advocate your vision and make decisions 

-        Never missed a deadline

DGTL - ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER (full-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, optimizing, and managing all online and paid marketing campaigns for the DGTL brand and all of our editions worldwide. We also expect our Online Marketing Manager to have a solid vision on growth hacking, profiling, and how we can implement new channels and technology to consistently grow our global online brand presence. Duties will also include the ownership of our ticketing platforms, and providing accurate analyses, sales reports and campaign recaps.

 

The Job:

- Developing, implementing, optimizing, and managing all online and paid marketing campaigns for the DGTL brand

- Developing and optimizing channel strategies to maximize global brand presence

- Day-to-day management and optimization of paid search, SEO, social ads, and PPC/performance media 

- Responsible for ideation and development of digital and paid media strategies to amplify content, storylines, and campaign objectives

- Maximizing growth and conversion via all owned and paid media channels, experience with CRO

- Responsible for developing online marketing guidelines and sharing best practices with all local teams

- Collaborating with online marketing counterparts in our local teams, co-creating local channel strategies

 -Responsible for developing and maintaining profile database and protection of customer data

- Supporting Marketing Director in developing, optimizing, and maintaining media partnerships and brand collaborations

 

You:

- Have 3 - 4 years of working experience in Marketing, Advertising, Online Engineering

- Are fluent in English and any other language (written/spoken)

- Have a very strong knowledge of online marketing and digital media buying/planning (SEO, PPC, CRO, multi-channel, micro-targeting) and all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, …) 

- Have experience in leading conversion campaigns

- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certified and have a proven track record

- Know all the latest trends and innovations in the digital world

- Have experience in project management, and working with (remote) teams

- Have the ability to track, report, share and translate insights into dashboards and comprehensible reports

- Are flexible and stress-resistant 

- Are highly organized, and a true time management champion 

- Are able to place your role and job in a bigger perspective, yet have an eye for details

DGTL - DESIGN INTERN (3-6 months)

As a Design Intern, you will work closely with the Lead Designer for DGTL to translate the identity of our festival into dynamic visual assets. You will be working on creating campaign assets for multiple editions of DGTL Festival at the same time, so we are looking for a stress-resistant intern who can be a true multitasker, and has a good eye for time management. Your responsibilities will include:

 

• The creation of online and offline visual content for line-up releases, artist artwork, timetables, and other announcements for our DGTL festivals

• Developing stand-out newsletter designs and social media assets

• Creating and editing short videos

 

You: 

• Are a student in creative education (MBO or higher), or did just get your degree;

• Are looking for a work internship to develop your skills and learn on the job;

• Are a self-professed Adobe master (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop);

• Have an affinity for electronic music and can be found regularly on a festival site;

• You speak and write fluent English, or at least you are not afraid to pretend;

DGTL - MARKETING INTERN (3-6 months)

Are you looking to take your first steps into a career in event marketing? We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Marketing Intern to join our team for the coming months. Throughout your internship, you will assist our Global Social Media Manager and our DGTL content team in setting up social media campaigns, content creation, and assisting during our events. You will learn how to develop global marketing strategies and get a great insight into the event industry.

 

The Job:

- Help us in developing marketing campaigns for our global events
- You will assist in setting up exciting Social Media campaigns and work with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, Spotify & Youtube 
- Think along and optimizing current marketing communication
- Monitor, analyze and report on our Social Media performance
- Monitor Social Media and blogs to spot new trends and releases
- Editing and writing campaign content such as captions, newsletters, and blogs
- Assist in the content creation process
- Assisting during the production of our events
- Online community building

 

You:

- You are an HBO/WO student in marketing/communication/event management, or did just get your degree
- Have an affinity for electronic music and can be found regularly on a festival site
- You are looking for a work internship (no research)
- You like creative writing and have strong communication and writing skills
- You know everything about Social Media
- You speak and write fluent English, or at least you are not afraid to pretend
- Are available until at least the end of September
- Are also available in the evenings and during the weekend during event productions
