YOUR ULTIMATE GUIDE TO DGTL AMSTERDAM 2022

The countdown to DGTL Amsterdam 2022 has begun. We can't wait until our rendezvous at the NDSM Docklands. Besides our incredible roster of artists, we have lots of activities for you to experience. Let's get in the mood and check out our top picks.

Cocktailbar by Absolut

Our custom-built cocktail bar is located on the terrace of the lovely IJver. This high-end cocktail experience is the perfect place to chill, away from the festival site. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery while sipping on a sparkling Absolut Watermelon. Or maybe you're more of an Absolut Passionstar type of person? Visit these cocktail shaking specialists and check out their entire selection.

Show us your best festival outfit

Get creative! Dive into your wardrobe and get your best festival ensemble together. At DGTL, we celebrate diversity; and our visitors are the perfect example. We can't wait to see all of you again.

Visit (NOT YOUR) Comfort Zone

Surprise! With our friends from Sexyland, we've added the eighth stage to our flagship edition. Positioned in the crane on the NDSM Docklands, this will be a space for exploration. It may become the most strange VIP experience of your life. Come home to your senses in an abstract setting at the top of the Faralda Crane. Massages, installations, soft interactions, private dancers, self-care, and (musical) performances. Relax in the delusion, be reborn after the storm. Please feel welcome.

PASSAGE By Boris Acket and Raito

Fundamentally, boundaries are inflexion points where flows change direction. Any social construct — fence, wall, passport, browsing history — that changes people's movements is part of the social kinetics of boundaries. In this audiovisual piece, artists Boris Acket and Bob Roijen (Raito) explore this philosophical concept of the divide. The work is placed on a slope connecting one part of the festival. Acket and Roijen are fascinated by the temporality, fluidness and endless variation of boundaries, separations and non-existing endpoints.

Listen to our Spotify playlist

Start your party at home by tuning in to our own curated Spotify playlist. This playlist is jam-packed with tracks produced by our line up. Take yourself on a journey that evolves from sacred ambient into soothing tribal, jumpy disco, percussive house, springy jungle, deconstructed club, left-field bass and disoriented trance. You can find it here: https://bit.ly/DGTL-AMS-SPOTIFY

Awareness Crew

At DGTL, we care deeply about creating an environment in which people can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any form of emotional or physical harm. We believe that everyone has the right to a safe festival experience. Everyone should always be and feel welcomed at DGTL: we are all free under the bass. While on location at the festival, you'll find members of our Awareness Crew walking around at each stage. If you witness behaviours that make you feel unsafe, please notify our awareness crew, team leads, or security personnel. Our awareness crew are here solely for you!

Food Court by Beyond Meat

This year, we are going completely plant-based with Beyond Meat. The CO2 reduction by doing this, you ask? Sit down for this one. We produce 90% fewer greenhouse gas emissions when going plant-based compared to serving meat burgers. And GUESS what, you do not have to miss out on taste, beyond burgers are delicious. Next to our food court, we will have a high-quality food experience where Diego Buik will create a festival burger that has the quality of a high-end restaurant. We can't wait.
