Our entire selection is plant-based, meticulously crafted to offer an experience that aligns with our commitment to sustainability. Here you can discover all the tasty dishes we have to offer at DGTL festival.

Beyond Meat

DGTL and Beyond Meat are long-standing proud partners and eagerly anticipate another fantastic partnership during DGTL. This year, we’re excited to offer the timeless classic Beyond Meat Burger, alongside a brand-new Cheese Steak Sandwich featuring Beyond Steak Pieces. Beyond Meat and DGTL are collaborating with the Vuurproeven team to lovingly prepare these Beyond Meat products at the food court. 

Food escape

Food escape is a Japanese food truck where you can find a variety of Japanese dishes. “A significant dish is ‘Okonomiyaki’ (Japanese savoury pancake). This is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese traditional festivals and have several varieties by the region”, Food escape says.

“What we make is typically ‘Yatai’ style, what you can find in summer festivals, new year’s festivals, spring festivals in Japan. We try our best to bring Japan traditional like atmosphere and make people experience a little bit of Japan in the Netherlands!”

Holy Crepe

At Holy Crepe, you can indulge in a wide variety of delicious crepes. “So far, we have attended numerous exciting festivals and beautiful corporate events with Holy Crepe. We have made people happy with a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner”, Holy Crepe says.

“A crepe is always a good idea, and there are countless variations of toppings. A crepe is delightful with fresh fruit, sugar, and/or vegan Nutella!”

Mellow Juices

Embark on a refreshing journey with Mellow Juices, where every sip and bite is crafted from 100% fresh ingredients, free from artificial additives. “This is how we create the most delicious smoothies, juices, grilled sandwiches, salads, and much more”, Mellow Juices says.

The Soy Boys

At the Soy Boys you can savor an exceptional culinary journey. The Soy Boys about their food truck: “Our 100% electric truck has become a staple in the festival scene, and with our chef’s table for 4 people inside our truck, it adds a unique extra vibe to the field. Asian street food where almost everything is handmade by highly experienced chefs for the best taste experience”.

FrietHoes

FrietHoes doesn’t just serve fresh fries at your festival; they bring an entire sustainable experience. “From the farmer to the partying festival attendees, all done as sustainably as possible. That’s how we prepare our fries”, FrietHoes says.

“We do this in our factory by using as sustainable products and raw materials as possible (100% vegetable oils, local potatoes, and bio-based plastics), but also by continually devising sustainable solutions for our by-products.”

Vietnamama

At Vietnamama, you can indulge in a variety of delicious offerings. Treat yourself to a freshly handmade vegan spring roll, a flavorful Bun bowl with tempeh, a Banh mi filled with tempeh, along with Vietnamese spring rolls.

Sababa 

At Sababa, you can delight in an array of delicious options. Whether you’re craving our classic pita falafel, longing for the savory flavors of our pita jackfruit shawarma, or tempted by a pita croquette, we’ve got something for everyone. Indulge in the rich taste of hummus served with warm pita bread. Also, don’t miss out on the delectable experience of our eggplant harissa croquette. 

Chateau Amsterdam 

Chateau Amsterdam is the first urban winery in the Netherlands, and the largest in Europe. “We produce wine in the city using grapes from friendly farmers in various countries. We aim to share our passion for wine with free spirits from Amsterdam and its surroundings”, Chateau Amsterdam says.

“Additionally, making wine on neutral ground gives us the unique opportunity to bring together all grape varieties, countries, and styles under one roof. This enables us to innovate and experiment with new flavors and experiences.”
